Organisational Structure of St Albans-Filipino Uniting Church

The Church Council is comprised of 16 members, consisting of 11 elders and 5 elected non-elder council members.

An Executive Committee consisting of the Church Council Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and the Minister, was also formed on act on behalf of the Church Council on matters requiring immediate attention.

Eight Ministry teams coordinated by the Church Council, as follows: Pastoral Care, Christian Education, Youth, Worship & Music, Evangelism, Social Concerns & Missions, Finance and Property. These teams are comprised of dedicated members of the Congregation and all work in one way or another with the Minister.

Meetings:

Church Council meetings occur every month

Congregational meetings occur every 6 months

Special Congregational meetings occur when required

Individual Ministry teams have their own meetings according to their schedule, and regularly share on their plans and actions at the Church Council meetings
