Purpose

To maintain and oversee the finances of St Albans-Filipino Uniting Church.

Major Assumptions for 2002 to 2006 FORECASTS

Collection for full year 2003 will approximately equal 2001. Collections from 2003 to 2006 is assumed to increase 3% per year.

No Synod grant assumed from 2003 to 2006

No Youth grant is assumed form 2003 to 2006

No income from property (manse and church hall) is assumed for 2003 to 2006, due to expiration of lease of hall and the deteriorated condition of the manse.

Due to non-assumption of earnings from properties, no assumption of contribution to Sunshine Mission is also assumed. It is the congregation's intent to continue supporting the mission of the Sunshine parish, however financial contributions will heavily depend on the property income.

Youth money is expected to be disbursed towards the end of the year t cover year-end activities, including NCYC.
